I didn't actually set out to be a Picture Framer (in a former life I was a racehorse trainer!) but it just sort of evolved from my love of art and painting.  And I have discovered that my knowledge of colour is invaluable. For me there is nothing better than receiving a new piece to frame and trying out mount and moulding combinations until there is that Eureka flash and suddenly you just know, it's going to work - no better than that - it's going to make that artwork sing!  And that moment when the client arrives to collect their piece and there is genuine joy on seeing what I have done - priceless!
